For much of my life, I worked hard to live up to social expectations—polishing perfection, chasing acceptance, and losing sight of myself in the process. I measured my worth by how seamless, capable, and composed I appeared. But perfection is a moving target, and comfort at the expense of authenticity is a quiet kind of exhaustion.
Kallos Coaching was born from my decision to stop shrinking, embrace progress, not perfection, and live in radiant truth instead.
MY APPROACH
I’m not an esthetician—but I discovered a unique way to combine the nurturing power of skincare with soul-centered coaching. Through simple, intentional self-care rituals, like mindful skin treatments, we reconnect with the body as a source of wisdom, healing, and truth. It’s where science meets soul, and where outer care becomes a mirror for inner transformation.
My mission is to guide women in all aspects of their lives by reconnecting with their bodies as intuitive guides. Together, you and I create the space, tools, and practices to help you embrace your unique gifts and step confidently into your fullest expression.
MY STORY
With over 30 years of leadership experience as a federal executive and U.S. Army officer and trained Wayfinder Coach with the Martha Beck Institute, I bring a rare blend of strength, structure, and heart to my coaching. Beyond my professional life, I’m a partner, sister, daughter, mother of three, and friend—roles that have taught me what it means to care deeply and lead with compassion.
My deeper journey into self-care began during the quiet of COVID, when I learned that caring for myself was not indulgence but remembrance. That practice deepened as I walked beside my sister through her battle with ovarian cancer and navigated my own transition through perimenopause. I discovered that self-care is not a luxury—it’s a lifeline, a sacred act of returning home to yourself.
